Connect with Nature

Around Luleå the forest is literally on your doorstep. With Luleå Travel you now have the possibility to explore the nature around Luleå together with an experienced guide. The nature walks are taken at a leisure pace, where no special experience is required. Step away from your daily routines and immerse youself in the natural world. During the time you are in nature you will learn more about the local flora and fauna and the history of the region. In autumn you can even pick your own berries. Stops will be made for tea/coffee which are made in the traditional way, above open fire.

The Connect with Nature experience is 3 hours from pickup, to drop off at your accommodation and takes place in the nearby nature reserves. If your are interested in a longer more intense hike, we also offer 5 hour forest hikes.

Footwear

This activity can be undertaken in supportive, lighter sporting footwear. However we recommend supportive hiking boots and some walks do require them due to wet or hilly terrain where the support and traction from boots is essential for your comfort and safety.
