Andholmen

Andholmen is a peaceful peninsula surrounded by the Råneå River. The main house known as the “Lieutenant’s Residence” was once used as military housing in the 18th and 19th centuries. Now it offers a unique blend of history and natural beauty, making Andholmen an inviting destination.

Inside, by the warmth of the fireplace, lit by candles and a crackling fireplace you are served drinks, a delicious stew, coffee, and dessert. Between courses, you are free to step outside to search for the Northern Lights, take photos, or simply enjoy the silence and beauty of this historical location.

Outdoors, you can gather around the fire pits, offering a perfect view toward the North. With crackling flames, warm drinks, and open skies, it’s the perfect moment to snuggle up and wait for the first glow of green to appear.
